1)春色满园关不住,一枝红杏出墙来。
Spring, in the fullness of its glory, is not to be confined. From behind the garden wall out shoots an apricot, its blossoms flaming red.
2)夕阳无限好,只是近黄昏。
What a glorious sunset! It would be perfect if twilight were not to follow.
3)停车坐爱枫林晚,霜叶红于二月花。
Here I pull up my carriage, entranced. For the twilit mountainside is ablaze with crimson maples more vivid than spring flowers.
4)大漠沙如雪,燕山月似钩。
Desert sands white as snow, with the moon hanging like a hook over the northern mountains.
5)忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开。
As when a genial breeze in early spring shakes open all the pear-trees' blossoms white, and somber-looking trees with leafless boughs are decked with radiance in a single night.
