The 5th Binjiang Citizens' Sports Games opened today!
今天，滨江区第五届全民运动会开幕啦！
The participants of the opening ceremony included Ding Jiong, the member of Party Committee and Deputy Director of Hangzhou Sports Bureau; Zhan Min , the Party Secretary of High-tech Zone(Binjiang); Jin Zhipeng, the Director of Administrative Committee and District Mayor; Han Jianzhong, the Director of People's Congress Standing Committee of Binjiang district; Yu Shaoping, the Chairman of the CPPCC Committee of Binjiang district; other district leaders of government, party, CPPCC and NPC; Chief Justice and Procurator-General. Ding Jiong delivered congratulations， Zhan Min announced the opening of the Sports Games and Jin Zhipeng delivered the speech of welcome.
杭州市体育局党委委员、副局长丁炯，高新区（滨江）党委书记詹敏，管委会主任、区长金志鹏，滨江区人大常委会主任韩建中，滨江区政协委员会主席俞少平，以及区四套班子领导、法检两长出席了本次开幕式。丁炯致贺词，詹敏宣布本次运动会开幕，金志鹏致欢迎词。
A total of 38 athlete delegations and a referee team presented in the opening ceremony.
