一、感谢信写作模板
【感谢信三要素】

六、投诉信写作模板
【投诉信三要素】
1.表明来信所要投诉的问题，做到客观礼貌，给读信人留下好印象。应该记住读信人不一定就是错误的责任人。
2.写明投诉的原因、问题的经过及产生的后果。可以说具体的理由或问题的具体体现方式。
3.提出解决方案，不需展开。这段应体现书信的礼貌原则，可以用类似“如果你能……，我将十分感激”这样的表达方式。还要注意做到公平、公正。

八、求助信写作模板
【建议信三要素】
1. 表明写作目的，请求帮助。
2. 清晰陈述请求帮助的具体内容或具体困难。
3. 表达希望得到帮助，必要时留下联系方式，注意语气委婉，真诚，并向收信人表示感谢。

注意事项
一、提炼要点
1.总结归纳要点。不是所有内容都要写出来，而是抓住其中的关键要点、衔接要点。
2.理顺要点。将提炼的要点按逻辑关系（如时间关系、因果关系、转折关系等）重新安排，这样整篇文章看起来就整体有序，流畅自然，更加容易打动评分老师，从而使作文分数提升一档。
二、遣词造句
1.遣词。要求考生的作文中没有语言错误。写作时要注意词语和短语搭配使用，适度使用加分词汇（高级词、同义词、短语等），避免词语的重复使用。
2.造句。文章的表达要清楚无误，做到具体化，细节化。考生可以采用多种表达方式表达相同含义，避免句式单调，注意简单句、并列句、复合句等的适度调整。可以用形象思维来表达，比如说朗读得“很好听”可以用“抑扬顿挫”来表达。
三、谋篇布局
1.根据题目的要点，安排好段落和主次关系来构思文章提纲。考生要形成良好的分段意识，写作分段是必须要进行的，2~4段为佳，这样显得文章不会拥挤并且层次分明。在行文意识上，要注意突出要点。
2.分段注意详略搭配、注意连贯。
3.行文时多用关联词、引导词，把文章句子通过各种关系整合起来，达到起承转合、运用自如的目的，从而获取高分。
4.在写作时，注意内容的连接关系，常用的包括并列关系、递进关系、因果关系、转折关系、让步关系、列举关系、条件关系、举例关系、时间关系等。
