What is team?
What do you think of and what kind of image come to your mind when seeing the word team? A group, some sports teams, teams of workers, or team spirit?
Are you satisfied with the team you are working with? Do you have weak teammates, and you are totally frustrated? Or proud to be a member of the team with wolf instincts and traits?
Definitely, a team is not a group, but an excellent collection of individuals that is characteristic and has a shared identity goal:
Characteristic:
First, every team member will be carefully selected, examined and distinguished for their comprehensive quality and ultimate purpose of the team. Second, all members have their own unique skills , and be trained uniformly for achieving the common goal and cooperation each other.
They have to be tacit understanding and efficient communication. Also, they can support, react and influence with each other to make contributions for the whole team. Finally, although every member is indispensable, only one person is the team leader.
Identity:
On one hand, although team members have different skills and responsibilities, they are one for identity purpose by lots of training and practices of coordinate, trust, cooperation each other. They play different roles in different positions like strategy, operations, technologies and implementation. However, their direction is the same. In an excellent team, there is no individual heroism and separation of powers.
On the other hand, energies and potentials of the team will be improved by professional training, discipline, theories and team faith. It is inappropriate to rely on imagination and scolding constantly for achieving the goal.
Each team member can really enjoy team achievement and learn team spirit. Only by playing collective roles can team members make great progress of the team as a whole and come to the top.
什么是团队?
看到团队两个字,你想到了什么?一个群体、几支运动队、一组工人,还是经常被颂扬的一些团队精神?你对现在的团队满意吗?在一个有“猪队友”的团队,每天心烦气燥?还是在一个“狼性团队”,引以为傲?
各个团队的本质与目标虽有不同,但可以肯定的是,团队决不是一群人简单、随意的聚在一起,而是,一个有着团体本身独特性、统一团体目的性的优秀集体;
团队独特性:
为了实现统一的终极目标,所有团队成员应该被精挑细选、测试甄别,有自己的独特技能,适合团队中的某一个位置;他们要被统一培训,相互沟通无障碍、团员技能无短板、彼此有默契;他们不但各有所长,还能相互配合、影响、帮助,每个人都愿意为团队做出应有的贡献,为了目标可以牺牲自我;团队中的每一个成员都缺一不可,但一定只能有一个团队领导人;
团队的统一性:
一个真正的团队一定要经过历炼、磨合、建立彼此的信任,为了一个统一目标而砥砺前行;一个真正的团队要各司其职,每个角色分工不同,如:有负责战略决策的、有管理运营的、有专家建议的、有技术开发的、有协调配合的、有高效执行的......但都要在一个整体方向上发挥作用;团队最忌讳一盘散沙、各自为政、突出自我和个人英雄主义、决策不果敢和方向不明确,那样会成为一个伪团队,不是一个真正的团队;
团队的潜力与能量要靠专业的培训、纪律、理论知识、建立信念来提升,要1+1>2, 甚至3, 不是依靠想像和训斥,只有一个高效的精英团队才能相互鼓励和配合,去实现目标、享受成功,体现真正的团队必胜精神。
